1. Agreement Overview
Welcome to Lineup! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you," "your team," or "your company") and Lineup Software LLC ("Lineup," "we," or "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Lineup on behalf of a company, you're confirming that you have authority to bind that company to this agreement.
2. What Lineup Does
Lineup is a software platform that helps agencies, brands, and creators manage influencer marketing campaigns, communications, and assets.
Our tools include workspaces, briefs, scripts, client portals, rosters, and other collaboration features. Access to specific features depends on your plan type.
3. Accounts and Access
- You must create an account to use Lineup.
- Keep your login credentials confidential — you're responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Lineup.
- If you use Lineup on behalf of a company or client, you represent that you're authorized to do so.
- You're responsible for ensuring the information in your account is accurate and up to date.
- If someone else completes a Lineup form you've shared, they can do so without creating an account.
4. Plans, Payments, and Refunds
Lineup offers free and paid plans.
- Billing: Payments are securely handled through Stripe.
- Subscriptions: Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled.
- Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions and prorated refunds if you cancel early.
- Changes: You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Pricing and plan features may change, but we'll notify you ahead of time.
- If a payment fails or an account is overdue, we may suspend access until payment is complete.
5. Your Content
You own all content you upload or create in Lineup — such as briefs, campaigns, creator data, or documents ("Your Content").
By using the Service, you grant Lineup a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content as needed to operate and improve the platform.
We don't claim ownership of your data and we don't use it for marketing or resale.
We may remove or restrict access to content that violates our policies, is abusive, or illegal.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Lineup to:
- Break the law or infringe on others' rights
- Upload malware or attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the Service
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Post or share harmful, harassing, or illegal material
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Intellectual Property
All Lineup software, designs, branding, and features are owned by Lineup Software LLC.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
We welcome feedback and suggestions — but by submitting ideas, you grant Lineup a royalty-free right to use them to improve the product.
8. Termination
- You can cancel your account anytime from your settings or by emailing kevin@uselineup.com.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or fail to pay.
- If we ever discontinue Lineup, we'll give you reasonable notice and the ability to export your data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
We work hard to make Lineup reliable, but:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use.
- We're not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from your use of the Service.
- Some jurisdictions don't allow these disclaimers — in those cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lineup and its affiliates are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill
- Any amount greater than the fees you paid to Lineup in the past 12 months
11. Arbitration and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia, rather than court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email or through the Service.
The latest version will always be available at uselineup.com/terms.
