Frequently asked questions
Workspaces are billed a flat rate per plan, regardless of seat count (up to plan limit). Monthly plans bill every month; annual plans bill monthly at a discounted rate (25% off). Plan changes mid-cycle are prorated automatically. Each plan includes a fixed number of seats.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with proration. Downgrades can be scheduled for end-of-period or applied immediately. Note: Agency and Enterprise plans are annual-only, so downgrading from these will take effect at the end of your billing period.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to your first charge only (either monthly or annual). Refunds trigger immediate cancellation and downgrade to the Solo plan. Renewals and mid-cycle plan changes are not eligible for refunds.
Removing or downgrading a seat will automatically credit your account the prorated amount for the remaining billing cycle. You can also upgrade a seat type at any time, which will charge the prorated difference. You must always maintain at least one Full seat in your workspace.
No! All paid plans include unlimited campaigns, unlimited submissions, and unlimited ad units. The Solo plan limits visibility to the first 50 submissions and 50 roster contacts, but data collection continues uninterrupted. This lets you build switching costs while keeping the free tier generous.
